Job Title : Senior Sales Business Development (Individual Contribution) - Solar Industry Location : Jaipur Job Title : Full time Job Summary : We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background in the solar industry, specifically in EPC Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in Industrial & Commercial sales and a deep understanding of the solar market. Responsibilities : * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar EPC sector. * Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers and stakeholders. * Conduct techno - commercial negotiation and closures. * Collaborate with cross - functional teams ( technical, operation and marketing). * Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs. * Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and business plans.

Requirements : * 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development in the solar industry * Proven experience in EPC projects. * Strong techno - commercial knowledge of solar energy systems. * Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills. * Bachelor's degree in engineering and MBA or M.Tech.
