Role Overview Performance Haus is seeking a dynamic General Manager – Sales & Operations to lead and accelerate the next phase of growth.

This role will be pivotal in driving sales performance, optimizing operations, and shaping a high‑performing team. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Growth Lead and develop a sales function focused on results and customer success Build and manage a high‑performing sales cadence (forecasting, pipeline development, win strategies) Drive new business opportunities with builders, developers, and trade partners Participate in key account engagements and contribute directly to closing strategic deals Track, measure, and expand sales with existing customers Operational Excellence Ensure seamless coordination of logistics, warehousing (2 locations), and fulfillment Improve processes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Partner with internal teams to deliver reliable product delivery and service Team Leadership Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to unlock their full potential Lead weekly operational planning and sales meetings with clarity and purpose Customer Experience Champion a customer‑first mindset across all touchpoints Ensure Performance Haus delivers consistent value and expert guidance in every interaction Promote and enhance the company’s reputation for technical expertise and trusted solutions Strategic Execution Collaborate with ownership to shape longer‑term strategic direction Monitor key performance indicators and adjust plans to achieve business objectives Balance execution with innovation and improvement in both sales and operations What Success Looks Like Measurable growth in sales performance and customer engagement Strong team alignment, accountability, and collaboration Operational improvements that support scalable growth building upon existing ERP A culture of empowerment where team members feel supported, confident, and driven to deliver value Ideal Candidate Profile Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, or general management – strongly preferred in building materials, construction products, or related industries A track record of leading teams and driving measurable business growth Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, sales priorities, and operational execution Excellent communication, planning, and performance management skills Comfort with both strategic thinking and tactical execution A positive, solutions‑oriented leadership style Benefits Dental care Extended health care On‑site parking Paid time off Education AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred) Experience Sales: 5 years (required) Management: 5 years (required) Construction / Trades: 3 years (preferred) Language English (preferred) Licence/Certification Driving Licence (preferred) Willingness to travel 25% (preferred) Work Location In person Commute / Relocate Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
