Visual Communication Designer

Visual Communication Designer We’re looking for a Visual Communication Designer who understands how brands communicate through design. Someone who can take a brief and translate it into compelling visual systems, content, interfaces, and brand assets that are aligned with a brand’s tone, positioning, and objectives. You’ll be working across social media content, campaign creatives, carousels, story layouts, brand decks, packaging design, website designs, landing pages, UI/UX projects, and digital marketing collateral.

The role requires an understanding of both brand-building and digital design, with the ability to create work that is visually cohesive across multiple touchpoints. You’ll also be involved in logo design, visual identity development, and broader branding projects. This includes creating brand systems, defining visual directions, developing identity assets, and ensuring consistency across applications.

A strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, and visual storytelling is essential. You should be confident in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva. Experience with website design, wireframing, user interface design, and user experience principles is expected.

Motion design skills are a bonus. If you can create simple animations, reels, story transitions, or motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools, it’s definitely an advantage. We’re looking for someone who works efficiently without compromising quality, takes feedback constructively, and understands how design performs across modern digital platforms.

Awareness of contemporary design trends, platform behaviours, and evolving visual aesthetics is important. You’ll work closely with strategists, producers, editors, and account managers, so collaboration, communication, and attention to detail are just as important as technical design skills.
