Location: Ambli, Ahmedabad Experience : 1-2 Year (Can consider talented Fresher as well) Employment Type : Full-time Role Description We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad.
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will engage in daily tasks such as generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and assisting in the development of business strategies. The role will also require establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through clear communication, contributing to the growth of the company's network of universities, partners, and students. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and prospect education agents and consultants across target geographies.
Execute outbound sales outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate qualified B2B leads. Qualify prospects based on business fit, market potential, student volume, and partnership readiness. Schedule discovery calls and partnership meetings for senior sales or business development managers.
Build and maintain a healthy B2B pipeline in CRM with accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes. Conduct initial pitch conversations explaining the company’s value proposition, partner benefits, commissions, and support structure. Follow up consistently to move prospects from interest to on boarding.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls made, meetings booked, and qualified partners onboarded. Track market feedback. Required Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to understand business needs and pitch partnership value rather than just a product. Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline. Ability to handle objections and long sales cycles professionally.
