CSR Event Host / Facilitator (Consultant - Event Basis)

About the Role SoulAce is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and professional Hosts/Facilitators to represent the organization during Corporate Social Responsibility - Employee Volunteering events.

The selected consultants will be responsible for managing on-ground event execution, facilitating volunteer engagement, ensuring smooth activity delivery, and creating an impactful participant experience while upholding SoulAce's values and professional standards. This is an event-based consulting opportunity, ideal for individuals who enjoy public interaction, event facilitation, and social impact initiatives. Key Responsibilities Represent SoulAce professionally during CSR and employee volunteering events.

Facilitate and host volunteering activities, ensuring high participant engagement and enthusiasm. Manage end-to-end on-ground event execution and coordination. Conduct participant briefings, activity instructions, and event announcements.

Ensure timely setup and management of event materials, kits, and logistics. Coordinate with corporate volunteers, NGO partners, vendors, and SoulAce team members. Maintain event timelines and ensure smooth flow of activities.

Address participant queries and troubleshoot operational challenges during events. Capture attendance and event pictures/videos, participant feedback, and event highlights for reporting purposes. Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere while maintaining professional decorum.

Desired Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong confidence in addressing and engaging groups of varying sizes. Prior experience in event hosting, facilitation, training, emceeing, volunteering programs, or corporate events is preferred.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Ability to think on their feet and handle on-ground challenges effectively. High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and conduct. Ability to travel to event locations as required. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
