What You'll Be Doing CIBC Private Wealth and Wood Gundy deliver relationship‑based advice, service, and product solutions that meet clients’ unique needs. As the Senior Consultant, Fee‑Based Integration, you will help shape and execute the strategic direction of fee‑based solutions across the Atlantic region. You'll be a trusted subject‑matter expert for financial advisors, supporting disciplined portfolio management and scalable portfolio construction, implementation, and monitoring.

Additionally, you'll contribute to head office functions by developing programs, tools, analytical frameworks, and reporting that inform senior leadership. You will build a strong understanding of the CIBC Unified Account (UA) platform, confidently communicate its purpose and value to advisors, and support its adoption. This highly visible role blends analytics, consulting, change leadership, and collaboration—partnering with advisory teams, branch leadership, and Wealth Management partners to drive the evolution and adoption of fee‑based solutions.

Success is measured by increased UA and fee‑based adoption, stronger cross‑department collaboration, and actionable feedback that improves the advisor experience. How You’ll Succeed Senior Consultant – Lead strategic execution: Shape and execute the direction of fee‑based solutions across the Atlantic region, acting as a subject‑matter expert and trusted partner to Wood Gundy advisory teams. Business Development – Drive adoption: Support advisors in strengthening portfolio management outcomes, promoting scalable construction, implementation, and monitoring approaches aligned to client needs and practice goals.

Head Office Functions and Program Development – Collaborate and innovate: Contribute to the development of programs, tools, analytical frameworks, and reporting that support the Fee‑Based Integration team and inform senior leadership decision‑making. UA Program Support – Build expertise in the CIBC Unified Account platform, confidently communicating its value and relevance to advisors and supporting understanding and adoption. Collaboration – Foster partnerships: Partner closely with Wood Gundy advisory teams, branch leadership, and Wealth Management partners to drive the evolution and adoption of fee‑based solutions.

Who You Are Well‑developed knowledge of portfolio management and fee‑based solutions. 8 to 10 years of experience in the wealth management industry with deep tactical expertise in retail brokerage. Additional accreditation (CFP, CIM, CFA) is an asset. Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and create clear, compelling reports and dashboards.

Strong client‑service orientation and confident communication with Investment Advisors and branch management. Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, and other MS Office tools; familiarity with instructional design and visual communication principles. Familiarity with CGI Wealth360, SS&C, and Broadridge is an asset.
