Senior Business Analyst to work with a procurement team to review current processes, understand pain points and propose new IT process recommendations (Req 535) Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work with a procurement team to review current processes, understand pain points and propose new IT process recommendations. Candidates must be located in Calgary as they will need to be in-office when required. Must Haves 10+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on Procurement and process review , re-engineering , or process improvement within complex organizations 5+ years in public sector , regulated , or policy-driven procurement environments 5+ years in IT procurement , RFP development , and stakeholder engagement, including documentation Strong Nice to Haves Skill in analyzing current processes and developing actionable recommendations Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and documentation sessions Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and procurement Responsibilities Assess the current end-to-end IT component of the RFP process Identify inefficiencies, governance gaps, and risks affecting timelines and compliance Facilitate discussions and workshops with IT, Supply, and subject matter experts Document current-state and future-state processes with clear decision points Recommend improvements to templates, workflows, and governance practicesSupport implementation or trial of approved process changes and gather feedback #J-18808-Ljbffr
