About Pollax Pollax builds AI voice and text systems for customer support. We train and deploy speech and language models that power customer interactions for businesses. Role We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to be the first technical responder for Pollax customers and improve the product based on what you see.

Role details Type: Full-time Workplace: Hybrid (Hyderabad office + remote days)/ Remote Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Start date: Immediate Compensation: Competitive, based on experience What you will do Triage and resolve customer-reported technical issues Debug API, integration, and configuration problems with customers Reproduce bugs and file detailed reports to engineering Improve customer-facing documentation and runbooks Build internal tools that reduce repeat support load Required qualifications Comfort debugging REST APIs and reading server logs Strong written communication and customer-facing skills Basic scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Bash Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, Intercom, Linear, or similar) Preferred qualifications Experience supporting AI, ML, or voice products Familiarity with telephony, SIP, or audio formats Experience producing technical documentation or knowledge-base content
