Job Description Posted Friday, June 5, 2026 at 7:00 AM Location: Bayshore Shopping Centre, ON Workplace Type: On‑site Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Opening: Fall 2026 The Role Our Retail Team is looking for a Store Manager at our Bayshore Shopping Centre location. The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store in all aspects from driving sales, maintaining visual standards, coaching the team, and providing best‑in‑class service to customers. Responsibilities Motivate sales team to exceed sales targets weekly or monthly.

Continuously improve in‑store strategies while maintaining company standards. Develop a community culture through strong customer rapport. Set weekly schedules and delegate tasks daily.

Increase store sales through effective inventory management and merchandising. Oversee end‑to‑end e‑commerce sales in‑store, including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Reduce store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem‑solving.

Manage weekly bank deposits and store expenses. Build a talent pipeline to develop future leaders. Keep the team informed of new releases and upcoming products.

Work with HR to fill all store positions. Train new or promoted staff on roles and responsibilities. Submit biweekly payroll for the store’s team.

Ensure visual presentation meets Merchandise team standards. Host local events and initiatives while meeting company standards. Qualifications 5+ years of retail management experience.

Strong leadership and team‑building background. Comfortable making business‑critical decisions. Passion for fashion, sportswear, or footwear.

Ability to multitask and manage time independently. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience in data analysis and building Excel reports.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and goal‑oriented individual. Proficiency in iOS programs and products.
