As part of a planned transition within our Yacht Management Department, we are looking for a Yacht Accountant to join our team and take responsibility for the financial management of a fleet of approximately 15 yachts ranging from 23m to 50m.

This is a hands‑on and autonomous position offering broad exposure to yacht operations: you will follow each yacht from day‑to‑day expenditure and crew payroll through budgeting, refits, charter activity and owner reporting.

Working closely with our Yacht Managers, Captains, Owners’ Representatives and Charter Manager, you will be responsible for the financial follow‑up and control of the managed fleet.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Yacht bookkeeping and monthly accounts
  • Annual budgets, Budget vs Actual and variance analysis
  • Monthly & period cash flow reporting to Yacht Managers and Owners
  • Bank accounts, cash flow, VAT and reconciliations
  • Supplier invoices control and payments
  • Liaison with banks, accountants, payroll providers and external partners
  • Crew payroll payments and crew cost monitoring
  • OPEX, CAPEX and refit cost monitoring
  • Financial follow-up of charter activity, including APA reconciliation, charter closing and broker commissions
  • Contribution to improving financial procedures and reporting tools

YOUR PROFILE

You should have a background in Accounting, Finance, Management Control or a related discipline, with strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, good knowledge of Excel and professional fluency in French and English.

Experience in yachting, family office, luxury asset management or a similar international environment would be particularly valued.

Knowledge of Deep Blue, Xero or similar accounting platforms would be an advantage.

Experienced candidates and young talents are equally welcome. We are open to promising recent graduates or young professionals who have gained relevant experience through internships, apprenticeships or first professional experience in yachting, family office, accounting, audit or finance.

WHY JOIN US?

We are a family-owned and hands‑on team, with direct communication and short decision‑making processes.

Our culture is based on trust, delegation and individual responsibility. We give our team members genuine ownership of their responsibilities and encourage initiative and ideas.

In return, a boutique environment requires adaptability, flexibility and team spirit.

If you value autonomy, responsibility, variety and the opportunity to grow within the yacht management industry, we would be pleased to hear from you.

The position is scheduled to start from 28 th September 2026.
