X-Ray Tech

Clinicians are only eligible to work at one RWJBH site. Therefore, please submit applications only for the site where they are fully committed to working at least 4 shifts per month. Once a clinician is submitted and approved for a site, they will be assigned a specific requisition ID for that location.

Keep in mind that these requisition IDs take time to be approved and assigned, and switching locations afterward will not be permitted. X-Ray Techs are needed at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center! *RWJBH Facility* Requirements: - Minimum of 3yrs Inpatient and/or Outpatient exp required - NJ License Required - ARRT R and Fluoro Permit Highly Preferred - Current AHA BLS - Work Setting: OR, Portables, and Fluoroscopy, Inpatient, Outpatient and ED patients - Experience with Abdomen and Pelvis, Chest, Head and Neck, Fluoroscopy Study Skills, Lower Extremity, C-Arm procedure, Portable Abdomen/chest, Spine/Pelvis, Upper Extremity, - 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year Shift Details: Every SATURDAY 0530-1330 Orientation Details: 1 day computer training at home, 2nd day on-unit @ 7a Additional Details: - Charting system: Epic - Required Exp - Scrubs color: Black - Equipment: Client, PACS, Siemens - Parking is free in any unrestricted space. Security is not stationed in the garage but is directly next to the entrance.

Garage is monitored via camera by security - 1-year separation for previous staff - Clinicians can only pick up 2-shifts per week maximum - Please be aware of sub review turnaround time could take 1-2 weeks! - Cancellation Policy: 3 instances of last-minute shift cancellations (defined as within 24-48 hours of the scheduled shift), will be subject to review by the facility to be cancelled or a final warning.
