WSP Environmental Engineer with Compliance Focus

Become part of WSP as an Environmental Engineer, leading compliance monitoring and field programs at landfill and contaminated sites. Contribute to critical environmental management initiatives. This role requires a seasoned engineer to manage compliance programs and facilitate technical reporting, with a focus on sustainable waste practices.

You will collaborate with engineers, geoscientists, and planners to develop innovative solutions while mentoring junior staff in our growing waste management branch. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee compliance monitoring and reporting at landfills • Design and lead environmental assessments and permits • Develop field programs for water/gas monitoring projects • Prepare impactful technical reports for stakeholders • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth Requirements: • 7–15 years of experience in environmental consulting • Degree in civil, environmental, or geological engineering • Eligible or holding P.Eng. designation • Knowledge of solid waste regulations • Strong ability in conducting field oversight and analysis Leverage your engineering expertise at WSP, driving meaningful change for communities and environmental health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
