Work you will do
- The Workplace Services Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of endpoint assets and direct client support. This position involves troubleshooting of L3 issues related to Intune, Windows 11, Office 365, and MDM/MEM managed devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, is comfortable interacting with end-users providing direct assistance, and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and configuration support for Laptops, Desktops and MDM/MEM Devices using Microsoft Intune and SCCM
- Review, monitor, assess, and configure security, performance, and functionality of laptops and desktops, including antivirus, updates, backups, and encryption.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Provide L3 support for: advanced M365 issues on endpoints, Intune policies, MDM/MEM configurations,
- Own the end-to-end provision process for all user endpoints via Intune, SCCM, and Apple Business Manager
- Coordinate with IT staff and external vendors to ensure the quality and availability of IT services.
- Review and recommend IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all devices comply with company security protocols and standards.
- Monitor and resolve identified vulnerabilities to maintain a secure IT environment.
- Must be able to work on site 5 days per week and travel to different locations as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor's in computer engineering or related field.
- 2+ years working with MS Windows 10 /11 and / or Office 365
- 2+ years working with Intune and/or Active Directory
- Working knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by following standard procedures or through independent research
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance
- Candidates must be able to work onsite full-time and be present in the office daily.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, AZ-900, MS-900, and/or MD-102
- Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- English and French
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
