Your New Role
The Workforce Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and publishing accurate and compliant rosters for a contact centre environment across voice and omni-channel operations. The role manages complex flexible working arrangements and ensures rosters balance employee preferences, operational requirements and workforce compliance obligations.
You will also play a critical role in real-time performance management and operational optimisation across our Member Engagement teams. Please note this is a 3 month fixed term opportunity.
Some responsibilities include:
- Create and publish rosters including managing roster changes, employee preferences and flexible work arrangements in accordance with operational requirements;
- Monitor intraday operational performance and implement real-time workforce adjustments in partnership with leaders;
- Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to support service delivery outcomes;
- Support forecasting activities and contribute to workforce planning and capacity management; and
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide recommendations that improve member experience and operational effectiveness.
How do you exceed our expectations?

- Extensive Playvox/Agyle Time or other workforce software experience is a must;
- Extensive Zendesk or similar software experience is desired;
- Knowledge of workforce management principles, tools and terminology;
- Understanding of operational performance metrics and service delivery environments;
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
