Job Summary We are seeking a talented and motivated PHP & WordPress Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites and web applications using PHP, WordPress, Laravel, and CodeIgniter. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Job Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications using PHP, WordPress, Laravel, and CodeIgniter. Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and functionalities based on project requirements. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to implement website features and improvements.

Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and overall user experience. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across websites and applications. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.

Manage and optimize MySQL databases to ensure application performance and reliability. Conduct website testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities. Maintain code quality through version control systems such as Git.

Stay updated with emerging web technologies, development trends, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Education & Soft Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment. Experience 1+ years of hands-on experience in PHP and WordPress development. Experience working with Laravel and/or CodeIgniter frameworks.

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development. Basic knowledge of React.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks will be an added advantage. Familiarity with MySQL database management.

Experience using Git and deployment workflows. Knowledge of website security, performance optimization, and SEO best practices. Experience in a digital marketing or web development agency environment will be preferred.
