Job Title : Backend Developer (Java- Spring Frameworks) Location : Kharadi - Pune Full time - Creospan Hybrid 3Days/Week Office Experience : 8+ Years Baking Exposure Preferred Role Overview:- -We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in modern Java development, Microservices Architecture, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on coding experience and be passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications .The role requires strong proficiency in Java 17/21, the Spring Ecosystem, Kafka-based Event-Driven Architecture, API development, cloud-native application design, and enterprise-scale backend systems. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Payments, Custody, Trade Settlement, Wealth Management, or FinTech domains will be highly preferred Key Responsibilities: --Backend Application Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications using modern Java technologies Build robust backend services and Microservices supporting mission-critical business application Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practice Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code review Microservices & API Development Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices-based solution Develop highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed system Implement service-to-service communication and integration pattern Ensure API security, resiliency, versioning, and performance optimization Spring Ecosystem Development Design and develop enterprise applications using Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data JPA Spring Security Spring Cloud Spring Batch Develop cloud-native applications leveraging Spring ecosystem best practice Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanism Security & Authentication Implement enterprise-grade security solutions using Spring Security JWT (JSON Web Token OAuth 2 Authentication & Authorization Framework Based Security Ensure secure communication and access controls across distributed systems and API Event-Driven Architecture Design and implement Event-Driven Architecture using Apache Kafke Develop Kafka Producers, Consumers, Topics, and Event Stream Build asynchronous, loosely coupled Microservice Support real-time data processing and high-volume transaction workload s.Performance Engineeri ngApply Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns to solve complex business problem s.Perform performance tuning, code optimization, and root cause analysi s.Build highly scalable and resilient backend platform s.Agile & Engineering Excellen ceCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholder s.Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospective s.Contribute to engineering standards, coding practices, and continuous improvement initiative s.
