We’re Hiring: Sales Manager

Job Description We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 10+ years' experience in the MSP / Managed Services sector to lead and grow a high-performing sales team. \n Duration: Full time, Perm \n Mode : Onsite (5 days office) \n Location: Livingston, Scotland \n Key responsibilities: \n \n Drive new business, MRR and GP growth. \n Hire, coach and motivate the sales team. \n Develop and execute sales strategies across Managed IT, Cyber Security, AI & Automation, Print and Telecoms . \n Manage sales forecasting, pipeline and profitability. \n \n Ideal background: \n \n 3+ years in a similar MSP sales leadership role. \n Strong team leadership and coaching experience. \n Good understanding of MSP financials, MRR and gross margin . \n Existing customer network/book of business is highly desirable. \n \n Interested?
