Weld Engineer for Continuous Improvement

Drive welding advancements at Triton Metal Products as a Weld Engineer. Focus on process development and the integration of new technologies in both manual and robotic welding environments. This role emphasizes the importance of quality and efficiency through systematic weld process development.

As a key team member, you will collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement best practices and address performance gaps. Your contributions will directly impact operational scaling and new product readiness. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and standardize weld processes and WPS • Improve fixture designs to ensure production efficiency • Optimize robotic welding systems for consistent quality • Lead root cause analysis for welding issues • Support weld qualification activities with CWI Requirements: • Expertise in welding processes (GMAW, FCAW, TIG) • Experience with design and programming of welding fixtures • Strong analytical skills for performance data • Proficient in SolidWorks and GD&T • 3-5+ years in welding, fabrication or related fields Utilize your skills to enhance weld quality and efficiency at Triton Metal Products. #J-18808-Ljbffr
