JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Sales Consultant — Wedding & Event Décor Experience: 5–9 Years Type: Full-time Reports To: Head of Sales / Creative Director Tags: Interior Design Background | Visual Merchandising | Luxury Segment ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Senior Sales Consultant to lead décor sales for premium weddings and high-end events. The ideal candidate brings a background in interior design or visual styling — someone who translates a client's vision into a compelling aesthetic proposal and closes deals with confidence and elegance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end sales for décor packages — inquiry to signed contract Consult clients on theme, budget & aesthetics; present mood boards Develop bespoke proposals: floral, lighting, linen & installations Manage high-value accounts and drive referral-based business Coordinate with design & ops teams on execution feasibility Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets Mentor junior sales executives and review client proposals Stay current on wedding trends and luxury event styling SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5+ years in décor, event, or luxury retail sales Degree or portfolio in interior / spatial design Strong aesthetic sensibility across diverse styles Proficiency in mood board tools (Canva, Adobe) Excellent client-facing presentation skills Ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects GOOD TO HAVE Network of wedding planners & venues Experience in event planning or hospitality CRM and sales pipeline management skills Knowledge of fabrication & vendor sourcing WHAT WE OFFER Creative Autonomity — Co-design concepts directly with clients Premium Exposure — Work on luxury weddings & large-format events Collaborative Culture — Work with designers, stylists & operations How To Apply?
