About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our Product Engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of front-end development expertise and UI/UX design capabilities, with the ability to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.

The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to design, develop, and enhance modern web applications while ensuring an exceptional user experience across multiple browsers and devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, production-ready web pages.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components using modern front-end technologies.
• Develop responsive layouts using Bootstrap and other CSS frameworks.
• Implement layouts using CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• Create smooth user interactions using CSS animations and transitions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility across major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.
• Develop interfaces that comply with Web Accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, UI mockups, icons, and design assets using design tools.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop (PSD) designs into responsive web interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile development activities.
• Maintain consistency with design systems and UI standards across applications.

Required Technical Skills :

Front-End Development

• Strong proficiency in HTML5
• Strong proficiency in CSS3
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery
• Experience working with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
• Strong understanding of:
• CSS Flexbox
• CSS Grid
• CSS Animations
• CSS Transitions
• Responsive Web Design principles
• Mobile-first development approach

UI/UX Design

• Good knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop (PSD)

• Icons and UI assets
• Ability to accurately translate designs into responsive web pages

Frameworks

• Good working knowledge of Angular
• Understanding of component-based UI development

Web Standards

• Strong understanding of:

• Semantic HTML
• Responsive Design

Good to Have

• Experience with Git version control
• Knowledge of REST API integration
• Familiarity with Chrome Developer Tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Development or Front-End Development.
