Web Developer Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 Skills: PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, GA4/ GTM Location: Remote First / Once a quarter meetup We're working with an established company as they look to hire a Web Developer who is focused on growth, conversion, and measurable impact. You'll work within a high-traffic booking application, running experiments, shipping quickly, and improving the customer journey where it matters most. While this is a full-stack role, it leans towards the front end, particularly around experimentation and conversion optimisation. What You'll Be Doing Build and deploy CRO experiments across the booking funnel Implement, track, and measure conversion-related changes — from button tests to full flow redesigns Work across PHP (Laravel), Blade templates, and Vue.js components Set up and validate GA4 / GTM tracking to ensure conversion data you can trust Fix conversion-impacting issues and improve booking flows What You'll Need Hands-on experience with website conversion optimisation — implementing changes and tracking their impact Practical GA4 / GTM experience for conversion tracking (expert level not required, but you need to have actually used it) The ability to identify, implement, and measure the impact of changes — A/B tests, UI tweaks, funnel fixes Full-stack development experience, with solid Vue.js skills (the stack is currently on Vue 2.x with a v3 upgrade on the horizon) PHP and Laravel experience, including server-rendered applications (Blade) Nice to Have Experience in a dedicated growth or experimentation team Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies What Good Looks Like Experiments shipped consistently with clear hypotheses Measurable improvements in conversion backed by reliable data High-performing, trustworthy user journeys Analytics setup you'd actually stake a decision on What You're Like Outcome-focused and commercially aware Comfortable working at speed without sacrificing quality Curious, experimental, and collaborative If you're interested in this Web Developer opportunity, apply today as interviews are being arranged quickly.
