WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
■Collaboration and ongoing support with key stakeholders in Global Office Marketing & Communications, particularly within the Center of Excellence (CoE), as well as Business Streams and Regional Marketing teams■Providing high-quality transactional marketing services in line with the team’s defined scope■Publishing web-optimized global content and media on the corporate websites, intranet, blogs, and news channels using the FirstSpirit CMS platform■Contributing to continuous development and future enhancements (e.g. UX, digital customer journey) by regularly exchanging with relevant stakeholders and colleagues from Global Office Marketing & Communications and IT■Contributing to the implementation of a major corporate project, which will replace the outdated website with a new Digital Experience Platform (DXP)■Processing materials provided by internal international customers and marketing teams, including:■■Creating landing pages and microsites■Embedding multimedia content, such as videos, podcasts, infographics■Adjusting images & graphics to CMS templates and platform requirements■Coordinating content approvals, translations and releases■Continuous updates and maintenance■Supporting coordination with the responsible business units, countries and regions■Tracking and reporting progress via the ticketing system■Maintaining Google Business Profile entries and the German Yext portal■Ensuring of TÜV Rheinland's global web content quality through:■■Providing 1st and 2nd Level support to local (country) web authors■Monitoring and optimizing local enhancementsWHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?
■Strong communication skills, including virtual communication in an international environment■Excellent customer and service orientation; can-do attitude■Improvement orientation■High level of responsibility for tasks at hand■Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines■Focus on quality■Team player attitude■Results-oriented working-style■Content management skills & proven experience, preferably with CMS First Spirit■Experience in handling Microsoft Office package■Knowledge of UX patterns and requirements■Knowledge of SEO requirements and ranking criteria■Preferably experience in working in an international and intercultural environment■Excellent English language skills■Preferably good German language skills■University degree/DiplomaWHAT CAN WE OFFER TO YOU?
