Overview

Our client is seeking an experiencedWarehouse Supervisorto oversee the day-to-day operations of a warehouse team within a regulated manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Operations/Warehouse Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational targets are achieved, compliance standards are maintained, and team members are effectively supported and developed.

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of warehous e operatives, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, sampling, dispensing, inventory management, and distribution of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and team activities.
  • Ensure materials are received, stored, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and cycle counting activities.
  • Ensure all warehouse transactions are completed correctly within the ERP system.
  • Support production by coordinating material sampling and dispensing.
  • Oversee finished goods shipments and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Quality, Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support operations.
  • Conduct regular warehouse inspections to maintain safety, security, and compliance standards.
  • Promote and enforce health & safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures.
  • Investigate and lift operational issues, incidents, and deviations where required.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and support delivery of operational targets.
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development plans.
  • Ensure all team training requirements are completed and up to date.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or similar environment.
  • Previous experience supervising or leading warehouse teams.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and automated inventory control systems.
