Warehouse Storeperson

Total Beauty Network (TBN) is a growing Australian beauty business, and we're expanding our warehouse team in Mulgrave.

We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join us in a permanent full-time position. This is a hands-on role focused on picking and packing customer orders, with additional responsibilities across dispatch and general warehouse activities.

About the role

Working closely with the Operations Team Leader, you'll play an important role in keeping customer orders moving through the warehouse efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Picking eCommerce and B2B customer orders using RF scanners and trolleys
• Picking individual SKUs from warehouse pick faces
• Packing customer orders at dedicated packing stations
• Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
• Staging completed orders in the correct location for collection
• Performing occasional cycle counts and stock checks
• Working safely and following established warehouse processes
• Occasional manual handling of cartons up to approximately 8kg

• Reliable and punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Physically capable and comfortable working in a warehouse
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Friendly, down-to-earth and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

What you'll bring

• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience – preferred, but not essential
• RF scanning / WMS experience – strongly preferred, with training provided
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work consistently in a busy warehouse environment
• Australian working rights, including consideration of candidates with temporary working rights
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
• Permanent full-time position
