We're partnering with a fast-growing founder-led business that designs and delivers premium sauna and ice bath experiences across Australia.
As demand continues to grow, we're looking for a Warehouse & Operations Assistant to join the team and play a key role in keeping products, installations and customer projects moving seamlessly from warehouse to home.
Working directly alongside the founders, you'll gain exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, scheduling, customer delivery and supply chain coordination. This is an opportunity to join a business in its growth phase and build valuable operational skills as the company scales.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse coordination with operational support.
You'll be responsible for ensuring stock, customer orders, installations and inventory are managed accurately and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day running of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and unloading incoming stock and shipments
- Inventory management and stock control
- Labelling and allocating products to customer orders
- Picking, packing and preparing installer collections
- Coordinating deliveries and logistics
- Assisting with installation scheduling
- Liaising with customers, installers and trades
- Tracking incoming shipments and supply chain timelines
- Managing warranty and replacement parts requests
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting the founders with operational administration and reporting
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory or operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- The physical capability to safely lift and move items up to 25kg
Highly regarded:
- Trade, construction or technical experience
- Inventory control or supply chain experience
- Experience coordinating deliveries, installers or trades
- Experience towing trailers
- Experience within pool, spa, wellness or related industries
