Warehouse Operator

The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our operations team. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and values being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Load and unload deliveries safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with training and procedures.
• Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse duties.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet operational requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
• Current Forklift Licence (LF).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.
• Complete and pass a pre-employment medical assessment
