Employment Type: Full-Time / Hourly

Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Position Overview

As our outbound volume continues to grow, an additional Outbound Operator will help support the daily execution of outbound operations by assisting the Outbound Supervisor with daily shipment planning and execution, coordinating labor allocation and outbound capacity based on order volume, monitoring order status and proactively following up on exceptions to ensure SLA compliance, and supporting communication and coordination across warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency.

This additional role will strengthen day‑to‑day operational management, improve execution efficiency, and help maintain a high level of service as business continues to expand.

What You’ll Do

Operations

• Perform daily warehouse tasks including operating warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift, reach truck) as certified, following SOPs, WMS instructions, and client requirements, ensuring order accuracy and meeting productivity targets, and coordinating with China‑based merchant service team.

Floor Support & Leadership

• Support Team Leads/Supervisors in managing daily floor operations.
• Act as point‑of‑contact when supervisors are off the floor.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and warehouse policies.
• Identify and report safety risks, damaged goods, or process gaps.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S standards).
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

Communication & Reporting

• Communicate operational issues clearly to leadership.
• Assist with basic reporting (attendance, productivity, exceptions).
• Help ensure shift handoffs are accurate and complete.

About You

• Proficiency in order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to handle materials safely and effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
