We're looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team. If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and values safety, we'd love to hear from you.

In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently by receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods while maintaining high inventory accuracy and outstanding customer service.

About the Role


Reporting to the National Operations Manager you'll be instrumental in the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You'll ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time, inventory records are maintained, and all warehouse activities are completed in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities


  • Receive, pick, pack and dispatch customer and internal orders accurately and on time.

  • Process warehouse transactions using Business Central.

  • Load and unload vehicles and materials safely using manual handling techniques and mechanical equipment.

  • Maintain accurate inventory through receipting, issuing, stocktakes and cycle counts.

  • Ensure all stock is correctly identified, stored and recorded.

  • Complete warehouse documentation accurately and within required timeframes.

  • Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), workplace safety and company policies.

  • Contribute to a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and work collaboratively with the wider team.

About You


To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment.

  • Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems (Business Central experience is desirable).

  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Good organisational and time management skills.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Sound communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • A current Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.

  • A current driver's licence.
