Warehouse Operator / Forklift Truck Driver

Location: Petersfield, GU32 3DD

Pay Rates

• Day Shift (7:00 am – 3:00 pm): £14.12 per hour
• Late Shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm): £15.47 per hour
• Night Shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am): £16.02 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring accurate stock control and storage.
• Operate forklift trucks and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations to maintain productivity.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows.
• Follow all health, safety and operational procedures.
• Assist with stock movements, logistics and warehouse organisation.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience in any size operation.
• Experience operating forklift trucks.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

FLT Licence Requirements

• Any FLT licence considered.
• Recently expired licences accepted.
• In‑house licences accepted.
• Experience and capability are more important than licence type.
