Warehouse Operator

The opportunity

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Logistics team at our manufacturing site in Spain.

This is a hands-on role with an important contribution to the continuity of our production and the efficiency of our logistics operations. You will work across the different areas of the warehouse flow, from receiving and storage to production supply, inventory control, ERP, order preparation, dispatch and compliance with the company’s safety, quality and productivity standards.

Your responsibilities

• Receive, identify, store and dispatch raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• Carry out truck loading and unloading operations safely and efficiently.
• Supply production areas according to operational requirements and monitor material consumption and needs.
• Manage stock movements, warehouse locations and incoming goods through the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and apply FIFO principles and product traceability requirements.
• Prepare and verify orders and associated shipping documentation.
• Manage non-conforming materials and returns in accordance with established procedures.
• Participate in inventories and stock checks.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Identify and report operational issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Work in accordance with our safety, quality and environmental standards.

What you bring

• A High School Diploma or Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training Qualification, preferably in Logistics, Transport, Warehousing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks, with a valid forklift licence.
• Experience with ERP systems for warehouse or inventory management, stock control, goods receipt and dispatch, order preparation and FIFO principles.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics traceability, safety requirements, quality procedures and good warehousing practices.
• A reliable, organised and proactive approach, with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, attention to detail, detail, adaptability
• and a quality-oriented mindset.

Working Hours: Split shift from Monday to Friday with flexibility in start and finish times within the limits established by the company.
