Warehouse Operatives

Celtic Football Club is currently seeking to recruit experienced Warehouse Operatives based at Celtic Park to support the Warehouse operation on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, these roles will be responsible for picking, packing and processing orders to a high standard.

Key Accountabilities

• To ensure all deliveries, allocations and replenishment stock is picked, packed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner, in line with set operational KPI's
• Ensure accurate personalisation, where required (for example shirt printing)
• Receiving, checking and sorting the full range of Celtic’s products entering the warehouse and ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner, in line with set operational KPI's
• Communicate effectively with all relevant personnel i.e. colleagues, Managers, delivery drivers, couriers
• Responsible for ensuring all Health & Safety is adhered to within the Retail Warehouse.
• Ensure stock & inventory is accurate for auditing/stock control purposes
• Effectively process returns from stores in a timely manner
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by management
• Ensure all communications with colleagues are professional, appropriate and considerate of individual needs and circumstances
• Actively build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across the Club. Ensuring a collaborative approach is always adopted
• Treat all colleagues with dignity and respect by ensuring that your behaviours and approach during all workplace activity is inclusive of all backgrounds and abilities and welcomes diverse contributions

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Task orientated – able to prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and numerically literate
• The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative, managing & prioritising own workload
