Warehouse Operatives – Roll Cage Repair - Milton Keynes

Pertemps are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives – Roll Cage Repair to work at the Royal Mail site in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for hardworking and reliable individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and want to gain experience working within a busy logistics and distribution environment.

Your Role:

• Moving wheeled containers around site.
  
  
• Assembling safety signs by way of attaching stickers and registering on PDA.
  
  
• General stock sortation.
  
  
• General minor repairs to wheeled containers, ie changing wheels, brakes, straps etc.
  
  
• Achieving daily target of repaired units.
  
  
• Working on own and achieving KPI’s.
  
  

Requirements:

• Physically fit due to the role being demanding.
  
  
• Basic understanding with maths.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  
  
• Be comfortable working in a busy operational environment.
  
  
• Warehouse and basic hand tool experience.
  
  
• Mechanical back round would be an advantage
  
  

 

Other Information: 

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 06-00-1400 or 0800-1600.
  
  
• Pay Rate: £13.02
  
  
• Duration of Assignment: Until 24/12/2026
  
  
• Start Date: ASAP
  
  
• Location: Milton Keynes ST, Dawson Road, MK1 1JN
