Warehouse Operative

Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual looking to join a fast-paced warehouse team?

Based in Altens, Aberdeen, we’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Operative to support the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring high levels of accuracy, safety and service.

What you’ll do:

• Receive, inspect and accurately process incoming goods, reporting any discrepancies.
• Pick, collate and pack customer orders with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain clean, organised and compliant stock areas to support safe and efficient warehouse operations.
• Assist with the timely dispatch of orders to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and professional working environment.
• Comply with all company QHSE policies and procedures.
• Support other warehouse and operational tasks as required.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Forklift licence and experience.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse systems.
• Good understanding of manual handling principles.
• Calm and professional approach when working under pressure.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
