About the Role
Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, effortlessly shifting gears between office administration and warehouse logistics? We are looking for a proactive, hands‑on professional to join our team. This is a genuinely varied role for a sharp thinker who can stay ahead of the game, think on their feet, and keep both our office and warehouse operations running like clockwork.
Splitting your time between the desk and the warehouse floor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining precise physical and electronic spreadsheets, ensuring all delivery and inventory transactions are logged within required timelines.
- Conducting regular stocktakes and cycle counts to guarantee inventory accuracy, as well as organizing stock according to warehouse layouts.
- Managing, completing, and validating all physical and electronic operational paperwork with high accuracy.
- Moving, marking, and labeling stock, ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Acting as a key point of contact, communicating professionally with both internal teams and external business partners.
- Following WHS procedures, maintaining safety standards, and promptly reporting hazards or incidents.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is physically fit, adaptable, and possesses a strong understanding of stock management and supply chains. To be successful, you will need:
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment (essential) and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel for spreadsheets).
- Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and task‑prioritization skills with a razor‑sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building positive relationships.
- A team‑first mindset, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to adapt during peak operational periods.
- Punctual, independent yet collaborative, and physically fit for manual handling tasks.
