Warehouse Manager

TrustHR is supporting an international manufacturing group in strengthening their leadership team. This position is within comfortable commute from Poznań, reports directly to the logistics director.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of warehouse (raw materials, finished goods), including planning, organizing, and supervising all processes
• Leading and development of a team of 40+ employees together with shift supervisors
• Monitoring and delivering key KPIs (quality, productivity, timeliness), analyzing data, and driving continuous process improvements
• Ensuring correct documentation flow, inventory accuracy, and compliance with procedures, quality standards, and H&S regulations
• Collaborating with Production, Transport, Planning, and Customer Service departments
• Overseeing proper use and performance of the WMS system.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in leadership role in warehousing environment with focus on team development
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and metrics
• Practical experience with WMS systems
• Ability to plan, delegate, and drive team performance.
• Good command of English and Polish
