Join our Global Business Services Center in Wrocław as an Office Administrative Assistant, where you will act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring smooth administration and a high-quality workplace experience, while collaborating closely with senior leadership and Office Management to drive effective coordination and communication across the organization.
Tasks & responsibilities
As an Office Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for:
- Supporting daily office management activities and ensuring smooth operations of the reception area
- Providing guidance to employees on office regulations and communicate updates proactively.
- Coordinating onboarding by ensuring new joiners receive required office equipment and access.
- Welcoming and assisting internal and external visitors, ensuring they receive all necessary information and support.
- Monitoring office environment, report issues, and support maintenance and safety-related activities.
- Supporting Office Manager and leadership team in administrative tasks and organizational activities, including office events
About our future employee
You should speak English language on C1 level and have higher education (min. bachelor’s degree).
