We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage the operations of a modern logistics site and support its development.
This strategic position offers the opportunity to take responsibility for a high-volume warehouse in a dynamic, automated environment focused on operational excellence.
You will be a true leader in the field, able to unite teams, optimize performance and actively contribute to the growth of the site.
Your missions
Reporting to the Operations Department, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage all the daily activities of the warehouse.
- Manage, support and develop the operational teams as well as the sector managers.
- Ensure that performance indicators (productivity, quality, safety, service level and stock reliability are achieved).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal procedures and regulations in force.
- Optimize logistics flows and work organization in order to improve operational performance.
- Manage continuous improvement projects (Lean, process optimization, cost reduction).
- Work closely with the Transport, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality and Human Resources teams.
- Oversee inventory management, inventories and ensure a high level of data reliability.
- Analyze site performance and implement action plans to achieve set goals.
- Prepare for periods of high activity and support the site's development projects.
Desired profile
You have significant experience in the management of a warehouse or logistics platform, ideally in a high-volume, high-speed environment.
In particular, you have:
- Successful experience as a Warehouse Manager, Logistics Operations Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent.
- Solid experience in managing operational teams.
- Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, distribution, transport or industrial sectors.
- Excellent mastery of logistics operations, flows and inventory management.
- A culture of continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, performance optimization).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A good command of IT tools and performance indicators (KPIs).
