Warehouse Manager

Compensation: Approximately $80,000 base + bonus potential A well-established, high-volume distribution organization in Miami is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at its largest revenue-generating branch. This role requires a strong operational leader who can manage a large team, improve processes, and communicate effectively with executive leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment with significant operational responsibility.

What You’ll Do: Oversee daily high-volume warehouse operations Lead and manage a team of approximately 40+ employees Drive accountability, productivity, and operational efficiency Identify and resolve process breakdowns and workflow issues Partner closely with branch leadership and headquarters Communicate regularly with executive leadership What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of warehouse management experience Proven experience managing large teams (40+ employees required) Experience in high-volume distribution or operational environments Strong leadership presence and communication skills Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability Comfortable interacting with executive leadership Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Fully onsite in Miami Warehouse operates extended hours (schedule flexibility available) Limited travel Competitive base salary (flexible for the right candidate) Standard benefits package Interview Process: One onsite interview meeting with executive leadership and branch management Legal Disclaimer: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the role and responsibilities.
