- Driving effective use of ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Working closely with colleagues, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient customer delivery.
- Supporting future warehouse capacity planning and operational development.
- Ensuring strong health, safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the operation.

- Experience supporting e-commerce or high-volume customer fulfilment operations.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a track record of implementing positive change.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build engagement within teams.
Why Join?
- Work with established consumer brands that have been trusted for generations.
- Join a business that continues to invest in growth and operational improvement.
- Enjoy genuine ownership and autonomy within your role.
- Make a visible impact on processes, performance and culture.
- Lead a close-knit team where your contribution will be recognised.
