Programme Manager
Siena Partnership
Job Description
Programme Manager - GTM
A leading B2B data and information business are looking for a Programme Manager to lead the development and delivery of its end-to-end Go-to-Market operating model.
It is a highly cross-functional role, bringing together Product, Marketing, Commercial, Sales Enablement and Customer Operations to create a more structured and effective approach to taking new products and commercial initiatives to market.
A major part of the mandate will be to design, develop and embed a GTM playbook – establishing clear processes, governance, ownership and ways of working across the different functions.
We’re looking for someone who can combine strong programme/change management fundamentals with genuine commercial and GTM understanding. You’ll need to be comfortable bringing structure to an evolving environment, facilitating workshops, managing competing priorities and influencing senior stakeholders across the business.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Led complex GTM, commercial or product-led programmes across multiple business functions
- Experience within B2B subscription, SaaS, data, information services or market intelligence environments
- Worked across Product, Marketing and Commercial/Sales through the product launch and commercialisation lifecycle
- Built, improved or embedded GTM processes, playbooks or operating models
- Strong programme disciplines across governance, RAID, dependencies, milestones and benefits realisation
- The confidence and EQ to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across teams
- A strong commercial mindset, using data and performance measures to understand whether initiatives are delivering the intended outcomes
Experience around CRM/Revenue Operations, price reporting/financial data, market intelligence or AI-enabled programme tools would be useful, but isn’t essential.
This would suit someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of GTM, programme delivery and business change – and who is as comfortable shaping the process as they are driving it.
