Warehouse Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Warehouse in all aspects of inventory control, stock procurement and distribution, fleet management and order processing.

Summary of Job Description

• Assist with shipping and receiving, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders
• Assist in counting of physical inventory and posting
• Data entry of materials/item counts received, distributed and on hand
• Work with the local branch administrative team
• Posting service van inventory
• IR/GR processing in SAP
• Rental equipment coordination with operations teamOrdering jobs, management of weekly inventory
• Ordering and management of warehouse stock and supplies
• Coordinate safety equipment distribution and tracking
• Perform minor repairs and service to roofing equipment

Job Qualifications

• Excellent communication, follow up, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational & data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
• SAP Experience a Plus!
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Prior forklift operation experience required
• General commercial roofing and/or construction background a plus
