Warehouse Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for a growing manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build efficient warehouse systems, improve inventory accuracy, manage logistics partners, control costs, and lead high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, storage, picking, inspection, packing, dispatch and returns.
• Develop and improve warehouse SOPs, layouts, workflows and 5S/6S standards.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories and variance analysis.
• Manage ERP/WMS systems, ensuring system inventory matches physical stock.
• Coordinate domestic transportation, international freight forwarders and customs clearance.
• Manage sea & air freight, import/export documentation and dangerous-goods logistics, including lithium battery requirements.
• Monitor logistics, packaging and warehouse costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Recruit, train, schedule and performance-manage warehouse, logistics and documentation teams.
• Work closely with Production, PMC, Procurement, Sales, Finance and Quality teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Resolve shipment delays, shortages, damaged goods, delivery discrepancies and customer logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, fire safety, hazardous-material, anti-static and dangerous-goods requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports covering inventory, shipments, logistics costs, productivity and inventory accuracy.
• Drive Lean / Six Sigma continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of warehouse & logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of team-management experience, ideally leading 10+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and transportation.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of import/export, freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Strong understanding of Lean, 5S/6S or Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong English reading, writing and business communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
