Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing candidates for Equipment Operator in Indiana, PA. Previous experience preferred, but not required.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Operate forklifts including Clamp trucks, Cherry pickers, Hi-Los, and other equipment
• Perform moderate - heavy lifting and other physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and building pallets
• Utilize order picking systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
• Safely load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
• Experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems is a plus
• Ability to perform lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and/or in a group
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Must be comfortable with heights
