The Role


We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic and motivated full-time Warehouse & Delivery Assistant to join our dynamic team, located at our warehouse in Reservoir, Melbourne with an immediate start, working Monday-Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm). Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will support all warehouse functions - including stock movement, order preparation, and assisting the installation team to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.


As a District Warehouse & Delivery Assistant, you will:



  • Deliver & place orders to customers using the company vehicle, both commercial & residential projects. Manually lifting furniture from truck.


  • Installation of workstations.


  • Assist with container loading and unloading.


  • Pick and pack stock for customer orders.


  • Prepare orders for weekly interstate transfers. Pick, palletise and wrap stock safely for transport.


  • Conduct quality checks on product.


  • Receive and store stock in designated locations.


  • Assist with stock take.


  • Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintenance.


  • Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with company operating procedures whilst adhering to all the Company’s Work Health & Safety Legislation.



You will have:



  • ValidDriver’s Licence(essential).


  • Forklift ticket(essential) - licence held for at least 12 months.


  • Working at Heights Licence.


  • Physically fit due to repeated lifting of heavy furniture.


  • Self-motivated, and able to work independently.


  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance record.


  • High attention to detail and accuracy.


  • Good written and verbal communication skills.


  • Solid computer literacy.


  • Proficient with hand & power tools.


  • Customer delivery experience.


  • Ability to work effectively within a team.


  • Commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction.


  • Must have validworking rights in Australia.


  • Construction White Card.


  • Prior experience in a similar role.


  • Workstation knowledge is preferable.
