Warehouse Coordinator

Service Experts Plumbing & Electrical is growing and we’re looking for the right person to take ownership of our warehouse operations, vehicle replenishment and materials coordination.

This is not just a basic warehouse role. You’ll play a big part in keeping our technicians and install teams stocked, organised and ready to go each day.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Replenishing plumbing vehicles
• Managing consignment stock from suppliers
• Pulling and preparing materials for upcoming install jobs
• Receiving deliveries and organising warehouse stock
• Weekly stock counts and stock control
• Tracking stock movement and shortages
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and running properly
• Working closely with our service managers, technicians and install teams
• Assisting with improving systems and processes over time

Hours

Monday to Friday
6:30am – 4:00pm

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you:

• have warehouse, logistics, trade or inventory experience
• are comfortable using computers and spreadsheets
• can learn plumbing materials quickly
• can work independently without needing constant direction
• have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• hold a current driver licence

Experience in the plumbing, electrical or trade industry is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
