About the role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be key to ensuring products are received, assembled, and dispatched accurately, while supporting the sales function through quoting and customer enquiries where needed.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately
• booking and coordinating freight across multiple carriers
• receiving and processing incoming overseas container deliveries
• conducting regular stock takes and inventory reporting
• product assembly and kit formation to customer specifications
• answering phone and email enquiries professionally
• preparing commercial quotations from tender documents and project requirements (full training provided)
• maintaining an organised and safe warehouse environment

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Warehouse, trade distribution or logistics experience essential

Strong attention to detail & ability to perform manual handling tasks

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

Experience with freight booking platforms or transport management systems

Basic quoting or sales support experience advantageous

Forklift licence (LF) advantageous

Plumbing, HVAC or building services industry experience advantageous.
