Pick Packer – Warehouse Operations

We are seeking an experienced pick packer to join our warehousing team in Rouse Hill. Experience in a fast‑paced warehouse is required, but we encourage eager learners to apply. The role involves picking and packing orders, kit preparation, basic provisioning, executing sortation and dispatch tasks, and performing manual handling safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch goods and ensure products are picked, processed and packed.
• Assist with receiving and returns of orders.
• Perform kit preparation and basic provisioning.
• Execute sortation and dispatching tasks.
• Help with cycle counting and stocktakes to achieve inventory accuracy targets.
• Maintain a clean and healthy working environment for the team.

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Proven reliability with strong reference support.
• Ability to lift and follow safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and high literacy level.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Experience with pick‑packing in a similar role.

Compensation & Work Hours

$38.75 per hour, 30 hour minimum per week, flexible days and times. Day shifts Monday to Friday. 10‑month fixed‑term contract with possible extension.
