Job Description

Join our Warehouse team as an Online Warehouse Assistant and play a key role in ensuring SHEIKE's online customers receive their orders quickly and accurately.

This is a casual position, and we are seeking someone who is available to work Monday to Friday from 6:00am - 2:00pm.

About the Role

As an Online Warehouse Assistant, you will support the daily fulfilment of online orders, ensuring products are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Picking and packing online customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure the correct items, quantities and presentation standards before dispatch
  • Preparing and packing orders safely for shipment to ensure items arrive in perfect condition
  • Manifesting and dispatching orders using courier systems
  • Processing online returns and completing quality checks on returned products
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining stock accuracy
  • Identifying and reporting damaged or missing stock
  • Supporting cycle counts and stocktakes when required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in line with WHS standards
  • Working collaboratively with the Warehouse, Customer Service and Digital teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

About You

  • Previous warehouse, picking/packing or online fulfilment experience is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Reliable with strong time management and organisational skills
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a physical role, with heavy lifting up to 20KG.
  • Thrive in a dynamic team environment.
  • Flexible in your availability + able to work a rotating roster as required.
  • Ability to commence work from 7am in St Peters.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in fashion.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring all customer requests are accurate and met in a timely manner
