VP of Product
Kelly Services
Job Description
$240000 - $260000
We're hiring a VP of Product (Full-Time, in-person in Etobicoke) for an established North American consumer technology organization entering its next phase of digital growth. The company is making a significant investment in its Product organization and is looking for an experienced product executive to lead Product Management, Product Design, and Product Analytics while helping shape the future of its customer-facing digital platform.
This is a highly strategic leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building organizations just as much as building products. Rather than inheriting a mature product organization, you'll have the opportunity to elevate product strategy, strengthen execution, improve product operating practices, and create tighter alignment between Product, Design, Analytics, Engineering, and executive leadership.
The organization is looking for a leader who can define product vision, build scalable product processes, mentor Product Managers and Designers, leverage analytics to drive better decisionâmaking, and help create exceptional customer experiences across multiple digital products. If you enjoy balancing longâterm strategy with handsâon execution, influencing executive decisions, and building highâperforming teams, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
