Location: Moulton Park, Northampton
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday | 10:30am 7:00pm
Break: 1-hour unpaid break
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm

VNA Drivers Ongoing Opportunity
Quest Employment is currently seeking experienced VNA Drivers to join a well-established and busy warehouse operation in Moulton Park, Northampton.
This role offers consistent weekday shifts, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing and supportive business.
The Role
As a VNA Driver, you will be responsible for the safe handling, movement, and storage of stock across the warehouse. You will contribute to the smooth running of operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
This is a hands-on position, and flexibility to assist with general warehouse duties is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a VNA truck safely and in line with site procedures.
Moving stock between racking and picking locations.
Replenishing stock to ensure efficient picking operations.
Accurately putting away and retrieving goods.
Supporting loading and unloading of deliveries when required.
Recording stock movements using warehouse systems.
Assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
Valid VNA licence (in-house accepted if in date).
At least 12 months recent experience operating a VNA truck.
Previous warehouse experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate
Candidates who hold both VNA and Reach Truck licences will be highly advantageous. A combination of these licences may provide opportunities to support across multiple areas of the warehouse.
Pay & Benefits
£13.50 per hour.
Weekly pay.
Monday to Friday shifts no regular weekend work.
